PCC was established in January of 2005 and received it's
ISO Certification on June 20th, 2005. From the start our goal has been
to provide a level of service that exceeds our customers expectations.

It is our commitment to customer satisfaction which has driven our
success and has led the way in the development of our entire
company. Many of our programs and services are a direct result of
customer requests.

 

Every employee, full or part-time, is required to complete PCC's internal training program. Weekly meetings, recurrent training and management reviews all work to keep our management team up to date and well informed. We also regularly send personnel out for training and certification in such classes as ISO 9001 Auditor and 5S.

In an effort to provide a greater level of service to our
customers and offer a secure site for off-site sorting,
in October of 2006 PCC purchased a 10,000 square
foot facility. Along with off-site sorting this building
houses PCC's corporate offices and employee training
